Press win+ R, it will open Run, then type ncpa.CPL then click ok
Next, double click on the internet connection, and it will open an internet connection window tab.
Then, go to the properties,

Then, select internet protocol version 4 (TCP/IPV4), in which you will see the option.
Set DNS server manually.
Then select use the following DNS server address.
6. Restarting the DNS client service.

For this, press win+R to open run.
Next, type service.MSC This will open the list of services, lookup for DNS client service
